One&Only The Palm consists of the manor-like Manor House and individual villas, the Beach Mansions. The entry-level category in the Manor House or in the Beach Mansions would be referred to elsewhere as a Junior Suite: Premier rooms with a size of 65 square meters and with a balcony or terrace. In the Beach Mansions, there are also Junior Suites with and without private pool. Complementing this are the 325 square meter Beachfront villas with private pool and two bedrooms.

Location
A crescent-shaped island surrounds the actual Palm island, where numerous top hotels can be found. The One&Only The Palm is privilegedly located at the outer end of the 'western crescent'. There is a boat connection to the sister hotel One&Only Royal Mirage on the mainland. Travel time by car to the mainland is about 15 minutes, to Dubai Airport (DXB) approximately 40 minutes. Travel time to Abu Dhabi Airport (AUH) is about 75 minutes.
