One&Only Kéa Island

The One&Only Kéa Island, which opened in mid-2024, is located on the west coast of the Greek island of Kea, nestled in a quiet bay with direct access to the Aegean Sea and views of the mainland and Cape Sounion. The resort consists entirely of standalone villas that blend into the natural rocky landscape and are interspersed with terraces overlooking the sea and coastline. Each building opens up with large window fronts to the Aegean, giving the resort an airy sense of openness. From the sandy cove at the foot of the cliffs to the olive groves inland, the surroundings evoke a feeling of seclusion and clear Mediterranean tranquility.

Activities

Activities on and around Kea include water sports in the clear waters of the bay such as snorkeling and diving, guided hikes to historical ruins and through oak forests, as well as cycling tours along the coastline. A tennis and padel area, yoga classes, fitness programs, and spa treatments complement the recreational offerings. Additionally, a trip to the island's interior to Ioulida with its alleys, taverns, and ancient sites is worthwhile. A day trip to Athens is also highly recommended.

Villas

The villas in the resort are designed as one to multiple bedroom units, all with private infinity pools and extensive views of the sea. The interiors combine marble, natural materials, and spacious living areas that transition into open terraces. Some villas offer additional space for families or groups, with private dining and lounge areas outdoors. Comfort is paramount here!

Location

The location of the hotel is ideally chosen, as the resort is only a short boat ride away from Athens, while also being on an island that is less visited and remains rugged and unspoiled. The bay itself is protected, the beach is right in front of the villas, and the surrounding paths lead to more coves and viewpoints along the coast.
