01 Six Senses Rome

All roads lead to Rome

Upon your arrival in Rome, you will be taken to your hotel by a private transfer service – the perfect start to your journey in the Eternal City. The rest of the day is at your leisure to wander through the narrow streets of the old town, admire ancient ruins, and enjoy the atmosphere in historic squares with their magnificent fountains.

The next morning, the Vatican awaits you, one of the smallest yet most significant city-states in the world. You will visit St. Peter's Basilica with its artistic altars, and those who wish can climb the dome for a spectacular view of Rome. The Vatican Museums also offer deep insights into millennia-old art and history.

On the third day, your city guide will take you to the impressive remains of ancient Rome – foremost the massive Colosseum, once a venue for bloody spectacles and a technical marvel of its time. Afterwards, you will explore the Roman Forum, the former heart of the Roman Empire, where the spirit of history is still palpable among the marble columns.

On the way back, enjoy a wine tasting at a Tuscan vineyard with stunning panoramic views.

Your stay in Florence will be rounded off with an exclusive cooking class, where you will dive into the secrets of Italian cuisine under expert guidance. In the afternoon, there is time to enjoy the Dolce Vita on your own.
