Location

Velaa Private Island is situated in the unspoiled Noonu Atoll, surrounded by one of the clearest lagoons in the Maldives and embedded in a marine microcosm of coral gardens and turquoise channels. The house reef is easily accessible from the island. The island is deliberately kept small to ensure maximum privacy and tranquility – a paradise refuge away from all hustle and bustle. Arrival is via a 45-minute seaplane transfer from Malé, which already impresses with breathtaking aerial views of the atoll. Alternatively, private charter or helicopter transfers are available, according to preference.
