A luxurious house surrounded by lush greenery with an infinity pool in the foreground, overlooking a scenic landscape of rolling hills and mountains under a partly cloudy sky.

Like a forgotten chapter from another time, Nine Skies sits high above the tea hills of Ella, in a former superintendent’s bungalow villa from the British colonial era. Gentle luxury, vast expanses, the scent of cinnamon and tea – and a place that demands nothing from you except quiet joy in the present. With only five guest rooms, personal butler service, and views of the famous Demodara Viaduct, you will experience what real deceleration means here. Breakfast on the terrace, afternoon tea on the lawn, stars over the pool – Nine Skies is not a hotel. It is a highland poem of light, air, and timelessness.
