At the WOOD Hotel & Spa, an authentic regional cuisine takes center stage, creatively interpreting local products and flavors. In the restaurant 'Le Grand Natte', head chef Marcelin Patin creates modern dishes that connect the island's culinary heritage with contemporary influences.
