Location
The Con Dao archipelago is located in the South China Sea, south of the Vietnamese coast. It is approximately 70 kilometers from the mainland. The archipelago, which belongs to Bà Rịa-Vũng Tàu Province, consists of 16 mountainous islands with a total area of only 75 m². Only about 5,000 people inhabit the archipelago, which speaks to a unique seclusion and rare untouched nature today. The Six Senses Con Dao is located on the largest of the islands, which is about 230 kilometers from Ho Chi Minh City, where there is also an airport.
