'The Great House' is a spacious Balinese villa on Devils Hill and boasts fantastic views over the Caribbean, the Atlantic Ocean, and the neighboring islands. The huge lounge of the house is surrounded by sun terraces, where in the hammocks you can relax and just unwind. The building has eight guest rooms, including a spectacular master suite with an outdoor bathroom and Jacuzzi. All rooms have a balcony with a wonderful sea view. In the midst of the tropical island flora and fauna, there are six individual houses in Balinese architectural style. Bali Hi, Bali Cliff, and Bali Beach have been built on a cliff and offer stunning views, just like Bali Lo, Bali Buah, and Bali Kukila, which are located in the heart of the island and each have a large private infinity pool. It is hardly a question of merely living here - you are residing!

Location
Necker Island is an island in the group of the British Virgin Islands, located about 5 km northeast of Virgin Gorda. Necker Island is the second northernmost island after Anegada. Its area is 29 hectares. It is approximately 840 meters long from east to west and up to 650 meters wide. The highest elevation is Devils Hill in the southwest, where The Great House stands. It remained uninhabited until the second half of the 20th century. Year-round temperatures between 29 and 32 degrees await you. A constant fresh breeze makes the climate very pleasant. You can reach Tortola, Virgin Gorda, or St. Thomas directly by flight from the international airports of Frankfurt/Main or Munich. Then, a boat or helicopter transfer will take you to Necker Island.
